Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn according to our established content pillars. This role requires a blend of copywriting skills and creative design abilities using provided templates.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Content Creation:
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our content pillars for various social media platforms.
Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Utilise provided templates to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content. - Content Scheduling and Posting:
Plan and schedule social media posts using scheduling tools to ensure a consistent and timely presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Monitor post-performance and engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that support overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content. - Performance Analysis:
Track and analyse the performance of social media posts using analytics tools. - Provide regular reports on key metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay Updated:
Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance our social media presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2-3yrs+ as a Content Coordinator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Basic graphic design skills and experience using design templates (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Greet Visitors and clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Maintain and update records of visitors and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and organized.
